When SSC was founded 17 years ago, we chose IDX Systems Corporation as our software vendor. The decision to partner with an innovative industry leader enabled us to to specifically focus on the service aspect of revenue cycle management and not software construction. Our experience on our own IDX (Flowcast) system enabled us to offer a full range of services to clients who wanted to combine the power of their own IDX software with SSC outsourced solutions. By developing Business Process Outsourcing services (BPO) SSC was able to leverage that experience to offer solutions to clients on other systems. We currently manage a substantial amount of accounts receivable on our clients EPIC System.
