Service Solutions: Accounts Receivable Recovery Services

To assist in the collection of accounts receivables, SSC provides accounts receivable recovery services to medical practices. These services range in project scope depending upon the client's requirements.

To date, SSC's accounts receivable recovery service experience has been in the IDX Enterprise Solutions Division (ESD) client arena. SSC is granted remote access to the client's IDX system and is responsible for providing accounts receivable recovery functions directly on the clients system. Using this approach, no data conversion is necessary in transferring accounts to SSC.

The Company has undertaken projects that have included the recovery efforts of all accounts receivable entered into a client's system from day one, to targeting a defined sector of the accounts receivable; such as selected financial classes and aging criteria. Through the use of the client's IDX Paperless Collection System and other various collection tools, SSCs staff diligently and aggressively pursues the recovery of the receivables.
