Service Solutions: SSC Comprehensive

Our comprehensive level of service is intended for those medical practices that wish to completely outsource the billing and accounts receivable management portion of their business. Upon receipt of the encounter information, our staff enters the demographic and charge data into the system. SSC's staff then pursues the appropriate party for payment. Payments are received and entered into the system, with follow-up steps taken as necessary to assure appropriate reimbursement. Management reports detailing all activity are generated monthly. Access to our system is provided for those clients that require inquiry to patient information.
