![]() Service Solutions: SSC Intermediate Our intermediate level of service is intended for those medical practices that wish to assume a degree of self-sufficiency and retain the control of entering their own patient registration, insurance, and charge information directly into our system. At that point, SSC provides the traditional back-office functions of claim form and statement production and pursuing the appropriate party for payment. Payments are received and entered by our staff into the system, with follow-up steps taken as necessary to assure appropriate reimbursement. Monthly management reports detailing all activity are readily available. With this level of service, a practice accesses our system for data entry and patient account inquiry purposes. Core Services:
