SSC recognizes that a major part of the payment process is contract management with Managed Care companies.

As part of our workflow process, SSC establishes payor profiles by outlining fee schedules and contract terms and loads them into a tracking system to ensure that payment for each claim is being made according to the terms of your contract. SSC enforces payor compliance and follows a strict action plan to pursue low, slow and no pays. SSC has the ability to leverage their client base to result in a higher level of payor specific relationships that deliver faster claim resolution and increased efficiency.

Through the Client Service Executive function, we will work with clients to constructively modify payor behavior.
